A 35 acre, eco industrial hub that is perfect for your business needs. Just 2.5 hours from Melbourne,  located in the beautiful township of Rosedale, VIC and surrounded by other thriving townships including, Traralgon, Sale, Bairnsdale and more.

The town is perfect for growth and consists of schooling, medical facilities, supermarket with a population of 1600. 

Our aim is to work with the environmental resources and to reduce our carbon footprint whilst growing the industrial arena, bringing business and job opportunities to the area.
